Perfect Choice in Bluetooth Headset Fabulous! I have to admit it had been a few years since I tried any kind of bluetooth headset. I finally decided to try this one for two reasons: 1) I know Plantronics has a good reputation and 2) This refurbished model was very reasonably priced. I am thrilled with this headset. It’s so lightweight that I forget I’m wearing it. The sound quality is very clear, both for me and for the person I’m talking with.

but it doesn’t seem to have voice commands like my previous bluetooth The font on the instructions is so small I could barely see it even with my reading glasses. Maybe I’ve missed a step, but it doesn’t seem to have voice commands like my previous bluetooth. Also, it didn’t come with a charger for my car, and the way it was described, I thought all that was included. It should have specified that a car charger would need to be ordered separately.

I’m giving it two stars because it just doesn’t fit … I’m giving it two stars because it just doesn’t fit in your ear. The designer messed up big time on the loop. I gave it away the next day.
